My long-term love affair with massage, reiki and yoga is drawn out of a desire to see people walk in health and wellness in every sense – emotional, physical and spiritual. I have been practising for nearly 20 years and studying for most of my adult life because I love helping others reconnect to themselves in a safe and caring space. 

So much of our daily lives are spent giving out; my practice is about restoration, nourishment and healing – giving back to yourself so you have a sense of wholeness to give from.

Having trained in Bali, New Zealand and India, I have been fortunate to have studied under the most incredible Masters of Yoga, Reiki and Massage, and I feel truly honoured to bring these sacred, ancient practices to my clients, not only in Northern NSW but now online too.

It doesn’t matter what you come for; every session will be a caring experience!
