My yoga studio is located in Pottsville Beach. It is a calm, intimate space where I teach both Restorative and Hatha yoga. My aim in each and every class is to have you leave feeling balanced, calm, happy and nurtured.
Hatha Yoga - 90 mins
In a small studio setting, we practice asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body. Limited class numbers mean more time for 1:1 massage, adjustments and attention throughout.
Restorative Yoga - 90 mins
Gentle, restorative practice designed to make you feel amazing and at ease. Stretch, lengthen and release. During this class you will use lots of props to support your body and mind in order to completely relax. Through relaxation we create space to reconnect with self and promote deep healing. With added reiki and gentle hands-on touch, you will be guided in a state of absolutely calm.
